Hello,
One way to do this...
If you open your image in paint
(right click on the photo -> open with -> paint)
In paint on the menu along the top:
Image -> Stretch and Skew
Change the top too values to 80%.
Then file -> save as
then use a different file name.
You might have to use less than 80% if it's a really large image.
