You will save more by joining yourself.
That will save you 30% or £216 less the 130 to join making £86 saving.
Someone elses code will save you £72.
Plus you will get on board benefits.

Alan - Thanks for the info I wasn't sure how much discount you got via the referral code. As you say for large amounts it makes more sense to join yourself!

Be careful. The discounts apply to the basic fares, but the cabins for overnight remain full price. Best to read the small print on the Brittany Ferries website.

hi  iwills,  if  you are going to join the voyage club,  you can book now and pay the £35 deposit,  but wait until  about 2days before your balance is due   8 weeks before you travel, to join the members club, it was advice given to me last year when we joined,  this way your membership  runs from  later this year for 12mths rather than joining  now in january, you will still get the discount of your final balance, they adjust  what you owe as soon as your membership takes effect, you also get discounts on day cabins, a £7.50pp breakfast allowance if you book a nighr cabin for everyone in your party, if you spend over £15 in the cafeteira  you get 10% of your bill, as alan advised  its worth your while joining, as you"ll save more with the one trip,  just  don"t join when you book, any advice needed just let us know,

Ben1701 makes some very good points. What really sold me on joining the club was the fact that the 30% reduction is against the whole fare. With a 'van and 2 dogs, that is considerable (Yes. the whole fare) Cabin reductions for day crossings etc. + on board benefits. If you make more than one crossing per year it is a winner.

I noticed on the Brittany Ferries website that club voyage members can add an associate remember onto their account for £60, The associate member can then get the same discounts as they do ! so if you have a friend that is a member buy them a beer it will cost £60 but the savings look tremendous!

I am going twice. The second trip on the motorbike is pretty much free.

For our particular dates, for two adults with car + caravan, booking via the Caravan Club for a Brittany Ferries crossing is giving me a price exactly 25% below the price which Brittany Ferries themselves are quoting. So no benefit for me paying to join thei Brittany Ferries Club Voyage scheme.

Swings and roundabouts. It works better for some than others. I would think it is always better in the second year when the membership is £60.
