We stayed at Parque Municipal de Campismo de Monsanto in Lisbon, but it was 6 years ago and things may have changed (see my review on here.) While not one of the best sites we've ever stayed in, it was fine for a short stay to see the sights - there's a convenient bus into the city centre.
