Beginning to think about booking our holiday for this summer (during August with 2 children age 10 and 12).
Have been thinking about going to Elba and can't find many reviews for it. Has anyone been and can offer advice on a site to stay in? I'm currently thinking about Ville degli Ulivi or Rosselba de Palme and would welcome peoples thoughts on those sites if you've stayed.
Or please point me in the direction of one I might have missed.

There's an article in the March edition of the Caravan Club magazine about a family who took their motorhome to Elba. They stayed at Camping Laconella, Spiaggia di Lacona on the south coast of the island. They loved it, and so did their children, aged six and eight.
I'm assuming you're not a member of the CC but perhaps you know someone who is and could borrow the magazine for more details, including their route.

Could a member not log in to the CC magazine site, access March magazine and do a link to the article.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Thanks for the tip. I've had a look and it doesn't look like at can access the article and I don't know anyone who is a member.
But I'll definitely add that site to my sites for consideration. I have to say from what I've seen, Elba looks so beautiful there isn't in "bad" places to stay.
Famous last words.....
