A site that ticks all your boxes is Camping Pinar San Jose, at Canos de Meca on the Costa de la Luz south of Cadiz. We spent last Christmas and New Year there, and saw three 5th wheels - not all that many sites can accommodate them, but Pinar has a few very large pitches. However, it would be advisable to book well in advance.
There are a number of reviews on here, including ours. The area is lovely, much less built-up than the other Costas, with huge, clean beaches that dogs are allowed on in winter. Although we don't have dogs or bikes, there were plenty of people enjoying life there with both. It's a short walk to the nearest beach, and behind the campsite is a large forest of umbrella pines, part of a Natural Park and excellent for walking.
As for suitable sites on the way south, we stayed at Burgos, Salamanca (Regio) and Caceres - all in the review section. Burgos certainly has room for a 5th Wheel because we saw one there. Regio has fairly small pitches but, like a lot of sites in winter, there is room to park on the site roads if a pitch is no good. Again, the Caceres pitches are too small but at the top end of the site you can park on the road - there was a huge RV doing that when we were there.
