Which I reckon means they are going to charge me 23.00€ on the 22nd of July. I've not used the TAG & thought that I would only be paying 1.60 € per month of use on top of péage charges.

Was there a one-off charge I missed?

What's printed is in French. Do I need to sign this and return it before they'll send out the tag?

I'm now also a little worried that i've ordered the correct tag. My understanding of this system is that there's no monthly fee's for 12 months (the offer) and that after that I only pay a monthly fee when the tag is used. On top of this monthly fee (when used) and the tolls there are no other charges going forward???
