Via tunnel with van and dogs.
Any advice welcome.
Precautions? Any migrant issues?
We're due a mid morning departure -10ish.
Other than Pet Passports stamped etc but vet, prior to arrival

We came back Sunday with our caravan. We were booked on 10.20 train but offered 1 hour earlier. No issues whatsoever, we didn't see any 'activity'. ( apart from someone cocking up loading in front of us so caravan in front had to reverse back into previous carriage causing a knock on effect of everyone reversing back down the train!)

For those following us- We saw NO migrant activity and we stayed 2 nights in the immediate area (Coquelles).
We arrived early for our crossing as we have 2 dogs and needed to get their passports seen. All went like clockwork (just a little heads-up - the road-markings taking you to the animal centre really are painted on the road surface)
We were offered an earlier crossing than that which we had booked for, the implication being that there were spaces on these earlier crossings.
Just had the feeling that there was an element of exaggeration about the tourist crossings. Yet again we heard stories of that wonderful old chestnut the gas attacks on people in the Aires. Not to mention the Police pulling British motorists just outside the Tunnel. These emotive incidents bring 'em all out. People who should know better, open their mouths in the spirit of raising the fear levels in others. Why is it that they all met someone that this happened to?
