I've never found a site in Brittany that was much more than 20% full before the end of June, so I don't think that one will be any different. You can tour in Brittany at that time of year without booking ahead.
Eurocamp has accommodation at that camp site and their website is useful and says that all facilities at the site will be open, but that it's better to check with the camp itself. TA has plenty of varied reviews as well as those on here, and I expect you have seen them.
