Camping du Verger 17 at Dompierre sur mer - even though it is not actually on the sea at all.
It's small, personal, quirky and attractive, though may not be what you mean by top quality, doesn't open till mid June, and the website says to ask them in advance about taking dogs. My sort of sites don't often suit other people, but I like this one.
