Hi guys, am thinking of doing some caravan& camping club rallies in 2016,are they good value for money, or would I get a better deal with the ACSI card, or can I go on the rallie using the ACSI card, what are your thoughts
I am looking to go in early June and returning in late September with a folding camper
Many Thanks Bry

Friends of ours are going on one of the C&CC Rallies to Spain, in January, for five weeks, and it compares well with using an ACSI Card, on a per night basis. From talking to them, and reading their 'blurb' it seems that you can stay for as long as you like, and join in whatever activities you choose (or not, as you wish).

If you're taking in the main part of the summer holidays than really an ACSI card isn't going to be of use for four of those weeks. In peak season the card isn't accepted, so you'd be paying full whack for those nights. I'm not sure what the cost of a rally would be - but it's easy enough to get a costing from them, and then compare with doing it yourself.

If you're on your own, then it may be a way of meeting lots of like minded people - rather than going on your own.
