Wea are going to be doing two days together at Puy du Fou this summer and I was wondering if anyone could reccommend a good local place to eat?
We are looking at a sit down meal that isn't fast food burger bars or fried chicken.
We don't mind eating French and are happy to speak the language to accommodate a lovely reasonably placed meal.
We don't know anything about the restaurants on site, so any info on them will be great too.

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Don't know if you have been to PDF before but my personal experience is that a 2 day visit is far and away the best way to visit.
Are you thinking of a meal in the middle of the day or in evening after finishing at the park? If daytime, I'd say it's not practical to leave the park. The restaurants on site are themed and OK as those sort of things go. From memory, you can pre-book your meal for a saving when you book your park tickets. If you don't want to commit until the day you still need to book in the morning once you get in the park if attending on a busy day.
Out of interest, where are you staying? Tent or caravan?
There are restaurants in the park, as opposed to fast food, but a table has to be pre booked as you enter the park. I also would recommend a two day ticket, and go see the bird show both days, it is awesome.
