Hi all, looking for some advice!
We want to go to Cala Llevado near Tossa de Mar (for about 9 nights), and Camping Les Cascades in the Ardeche (for about 7 nights).
Last year we did Les Cascades first, then Cala Llevado, then up to the Dordogne, and then stopped in a chalet at Parc de Fierbois in the Loire to break up the journey back to Calais. Due to travelling slightly earlier in August this year, the cost of a chalet is too much for us, so we'll probably be looking for somewhere to pitch our tent for 3/4 nights instead.
We've been thinking of bombing straight down to Spain, staying in a hotel near Avignon on the way, then coming back up to Les Cascades. However, I can't find anywhere I'd like to stay between Les Cascades and Calais!
How would you do it? Where would you go? I feel like my head is spinning trying to work out how to make it all happen!
I should say we'll be travelling with a 13 year old and 4 year old, and plan to be away from 7th August to 27th August.
