The other cost to factor in is any charge from your car insurer (I don't think we've ever paid one) but you can call to check and then breakdown cover for your car. You can get prices for that on comparison websites I think. Also travel insurance if you don't have a policy (although some people are always happy to go without).
Viamichelin is very good for tolls and fuel assuming you give it the correct information to start with about your vehicle and fuel costs.
Otherwise I think we've just had ferry, campsite and food/entertainment costs and you can more or less spend as much as you want with those.
