We travelled yesterday from the Vendee to Calais with no problems whatsoever.
We took 3 x 10L cans of fuel with us......and brought those same 3 cans home again.
We travelled through Rouen & the Seine looked normal.
So, no problems with fuelmageddon & floodmageddon anywhere!
Diesel 'ordinaire' 1.26e on Nantes Autoroutes Aires (not that we would use them here or or the UK!) LeClerc in same area 1.14e. Much more interesting was seeing the neat piles of burnt tyres on some roundabouts coupled with some unusual French words painted on the road - especially pretty under the 'usual' grey French skies!
( Sacred blue - je suis maintenant le diesel prix 'bore' ! ) Next the euro exchange rate? I hope not. 😥

Are you mooching around France at the moment, Iggy, or on your way back? We are off in a couple of weeks and at some stage we need to meet up and do some pickin`.
Oh - quelle shame 'badge we just back home in Devon 1 hour ago! (Left Roscoff in fog and arrived Plymouth in sunshine!) We won't be abroad again prob until Sept - would have been great to meet up - as usual our plans were very flexible - in fact stayed at about 18 different sites and aires in Spain and France - doing about 2,000 miles, partly to avoid some of the bad weather in Spain and France.
Had guitar and harps with me the last 6 weeks - we managed to 'amuse' some very tolerant Dutch peeps as well as 'performing' with the 'Adriarres' in Quimper (like you do)...!
When you back home perhaps we could meet up somewhere?
Keep in touch ... and keep music live!
Iggy Pop (not!)
P.s. Just to keep on topic - our local (expensive) garage in Barnstaple Diesel is now £1.10 per litre ... now when the £ has parity with the euro - in August? .... a whole new can of worms.

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
If you want to worry about diesel prices then worry about £/$ exchange rate not £/€. A vote leave will see £ fall against US $ but € will fall against $ along with £ so £/€ rate will not change much but diesel price will rise as oil is paid for mostly in US $.
Both £ & € are likely to fall against $ as US is likely to raise their interest rates soon.
There was talk of a united day of action on June 14th, I don't know if it's going ahead, or what the action will be if it does. Just a heads-up warning for those travelling next week.
Dieppe - Just a note to say that the petrol station at Auchan & the petrol station opposite on the N27 appear to be having no issues re supply. Auchan had a tanker in this afternoon topping up the supplies.
We filled up at the Sainsbury store in Newhaven on the way out just in case.
To make it absolutely clear, the fuel strike in France is over, and has been for more than a week. There should be no problem obtaining fuel anywhere in France.
