Well, it's asking for the equivalent of UN and PW.
If it is simply just the usual free wi-fi for shoppers, (like our M&S Free Wi-Fi), you might still need to register.
If so, connect then open a browser and there'll be some sort of registration page following the usual format. S/be easy enough to follow. I've done it in Fnac etc.
