Hi All
This may be a really silly question but I need to ask it to be sure :)
We are aiming to get to a municipal site tomorrow (Camping Municipal Du Vievre) afternoon but on their website it says the reception is closed all afternoon.
Would there still be someone there to let people in or not?
I've tried to ring several times but am only getting their answering machine.....
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
You will probably be able to drive on and pitch up if the reception is closed. They will most likely walk round later or in the morning to see who has arrived, or else you will be expected to pay in the morning.
Every site is different. If there is a barrier down and it's ages before they are due to open, ask someone inside to let you in. If there's no barrier and reception is closed, just check on the window, it might say 'find a pitch and pay later'. If not, do just that.
The site we have just left you had to phone if you were going to be late and they gave you the code for the gate and then you paid the next morning.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
