We've done it several times and find this is more or less the quickest route as it's nearly all motorway.
However, it's a good 900 miles or so, some of it round big cities and on mountainous roads so doing it in two days is a big ask and will mean 8 to 9 hours solid driving each day, and possibly more, without breaks.
We have done the drive in 2 days in a fast car (BMW 5 series), not the van. We stayed in a motel between Augsburg and Munich which I think is now a Best Western that is actually on the motorway that was fine for one night.
Bear in mind that it may be quite late when you get to your destination on the second day so make sure you get there before the reception closes (we made it by the skin of our teeth) and bear in mind you may be putting your tent up in the twilight.
Having done it the once we said 'never again'. It took us a good few days to get over the drive as although the motorways are fast they do need concentration. After that we always allowed an extra day or so to actually enjoy the drive, as the scenery is spectacular in places and we felt we'd missed so much in this headlong rush.
Good luck.
