Does anyone know of a campsite that is open all year round near Disney land Paris? Wanted to take my kids to the star wars event in February but hours of searching has led to nothing! All sites I've seen don't open until March/ April. Thanks
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Camping Bois de Boulogne is one campsite in central Paris, which is open and you can get a travel card to take you out to Disney for probably around 10 euros. My suggestion would be in February to find a nice hotel instead. Hotels in France aren't too expensive, unless you stay in the resort itself and you can find some bargains through booking.com.
La Croix du Vieux Pont is another site which has mobile homes available all year, but is a fair old way from Disney.
We have been over Christmas and in Feb half term. We stayed at an aparthotel here which has cooking facilities (kettle, hob pans and microwave). Free bus to Disney, or 25 min walk if you don't want to feel like a sardine. Book via topcashback (accorhotels) and get 15% back.
Big shopping centre next door (though it is a very big shopping centre and Auchan is at the other end so it takes a good 10 minutes!). Free parking in most the roads, but you may need to walk a bit.
Going in winter, take a vacuum flask (or 2) with hot chocolate (if you don't mind instant, take it with you as its not available to buy locally). Though you must keep all bags with you at all times, even pushchair bags .
