Don't suppose anyone is aware of any caravan sites either near or preferably on the river Moselle which are for tourers only, no seasonals.
From previous experience not too keen on getting mixed up with all the massive seasonal pitches.

We've stayed at Campingplatz Erden a couple of times. Right on the Mosel. There are sections of seasonal pitches, but also a nice big touring field and also a separate motorhome section at the top. We've stayed on both sections, but prefer to be down on the field.
We have used Campingplatz Kueser Werth at Bernkastel-Kues and there were no statics tourer field was separated wit pitches right on the river not sure whether I have put a review on here if not you could google it.

I like to stay at http://www.moselbad.de/willkommen.html in Cochem which has some pitches right on the riverbank. Its not far to walk into Cochem itself which is a lovely little town, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Not far from the camp site is a water park and supermarket.
