Does anyone know if you can just book ferries through select sites rather than the whole package? ive phoned them today for a price on our chosen sites and ferry to france and the ferry price is considerably cheaper than direct however the sites are more expensive - so just want to book a ferry... we'll book the sites direct. Due to their call centre only being open during office hours I find it difficult to phone them during the day
TIA

Whilst I've never asked the question, I would doubt that you can book a ferry separately to sites. I suspect that the ferry is cheaper because it's discounted as part of an ITX package (a package of ferry and 'accommodation').
Agree with Val, I used Select Sites only once and thought I was getting a good deal but when I looked at the site and ferry separately afterwards it worked out cheaper, lesson learned so never bothered with them again. That was a couple of years ago.
The cheaper ferry cost is to encourage you to use the site.It is very unlikely that you would be allowed to cherry pick.
It is tantamount to asking just for the free item in a "buy one get one free" offer. ( I have unsuccessfully tried this!)
