We are traveling from calais along A16 to Belgium so I ask where is the cheapest diesel.

Along A16 Dunkirk bypass go off at J54 follow sign Centre Commercial about 2mins off motorway Auchan supermkt on left. You will see the fuel pumps. Manned daytimes. Takes UK cards anytime.

Adinkerke, just over the border in Belgium. Come off at the last exit in France, follow signs to adinkerke, station on right as you enter Belgium. Exit and head north through town and rejoin M/way at next junction.

You can find the cheapest fuel here on the French Government Fuel Prices website. Select the type of fuel you want first, then either search by route, or in the town or village, or the whole departement.

I wanted enough fuel to get me to Luxemburg well I arrive at Calais with just under half tank and as correfour was only 1.21 I put in 20 litres, then I see at adinkerke the price only 1.07 but it did save going to find it.

Now in Ieper tomorrow Luxemburg, Thanks again all.
