Hi I ordered an ATMB tag last week just had my email yesterday with my site login details anyone know how long the tag will take to come?

Been there and got the "T" Shirt.
We only use the Fast 2m (far Left lane) Height Restricted Tag lane when whizzing along the autoroute's.
So what happens when your Tag fails, well there is a button to press and you get to speak to an operative, no chance of them taking your Tag account details, they simply issue a ticket from the machine, and you then either pay the old way at the next Peage or go to a manned booth and let them add the cost to your account.
The chances of your Tag working on entry to the autoroute, and then failing at the next Peage is probably zero, if it's not going to work you will find out on entry first, that's for sure.
To be fair though if the Tag is dead you might as well just use your CC etc to pay.

Well I dreading next months bill.So far this month I have done 2 trips to Barcelona and need to do 1 more at the end of the month.
It is a round trip of 1200km,I did it yesterday with no problem so it is possible to do big days easily,as long as you're not towing and plan accordingly.
I am now looking forward to a teleportation device which will further improve auto route travel.

I may be a bit thick or it's an age thing but I have tried to purchase the ATMB tag but when I scroll down the countries on the personal details list all are there except the UK or GB.
I can input the +44 and the UK phone details but not the country
What am I doing wrong here please?
