In August we are travelling to Camping La Baie at Trinite Sur Mer near Carnac.

I'd appreciate advise on the best route towing a caravan from Roscoff to campsite. Route planners seem to give two options of similar distance. One via Quimper and the other through Morlaix. Is one route a better choice than the other?

ViaMichelin gives three alternatives and the first of those three is the best - a good smooth, wide road over the moorland, and remarkably free of traffic till you reach the dual carriageway near Lorient. We have been that way a dozen times.

And there's a modern Super U supermarket with easy parking as you approach the village of Pleyber Christ - always good for first supplies of food, wine and fuel

weve just come back from le grand metairie just outside carnac by the stones ?? just put the sat nav on, raods are fine and not a big journey attall, lovely area if you havent been before ??
