Hope to visit Palace of Versailles on the way home north second week of September. There's a site nearby called Camping Maisons Laffitte. Has anyone been there? It's not on the reviews I can see. If anyone has, is it easy to get to without ending up going near the centre of Paris?
Alternatively, would anyone know if there is motorhome parking at the palace? We've a 7.5 metre Adria. If there is, I would rather stop somewhere 20 - 30 miles south and drive to the palace.

We stayed at the Huttopia site, about 5 minutes walk to the bus and a few minutes journey.

I don't recall any parking at the Palace itself.

After a lot of digging I found car parks mentioned here. I admit I could not find motor homes mentioned. Maybe you could email and ask.
