We are off to Annecy in a few weeks and I would like to book a trip on the Mont Blanc Tramway.

Does anybody know where I can book tickets??

Tried googling but can't get a clear answer??

Try Chamonix tourist office. We were here a couple a years ago and just showed up. But if I was you I would go early b4 the tourist busses arive.

You get the tickets from the box office. We tried a few years ago, but one tram was down and we would have a four hour wait for one. We left and went up the cable car instead.

Is this for the Mer de Glace? If so we just purchased tickets at the little station. Excellent trip. I assume its still the same but once at the top you can climb down onto the actual glacier. Just one tip, regardless of how hot it is when you board the train it might be an idea to taken an extra layer as it will obviously be colder up there!!! Enjoy.

I have found the website to book....but seems you can only do it one week in advance so will have to be organised when away!
