We have paid around 17 euros a night for all the sites we have stayed on this year.
Yesterday we had a ride out to Domme and passed camping Le Perpetuum which had a sign out saying 9.90euros a night outfit +2 and elec which I thought was an absolute bargain for a site bordering the Dordogne with good sized pitches and a small restaurant. This is in such a good location a few miles from Domme, Sarlat, vitrac.
Has anyone else seen any bargains anywhere else this year?
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Hmmm. That's a lot cheaper than their website says, though that looks pretty reasonable. I've addedd them to my personal brochure, so thanks for the heads-up.
Its probably just an end of season discount but for anyone on the way home its a good price for a couple of nights and a good site with lots of local attractions.
Stayed on a lovely site in Le Nouvion en Thierache for €12.50 (2 pers + elec) per night and I thought that was OK, but due to a mix up with pitch allocation, I was also given a free night.

I'm tired of reality, so I'm off to look for a good fantasy.
