It looks nice, Clare.

We stayed at one nearby but found it quite a hike down to the beach, a long weary walk back uphill in an evening, and if we took the car out the traffic and parking problems were awful in midsummer.

I'd agree, we stayed at Domaine des Niaides which is nearer to the beach, but on very hot days it was a hike. Le Pinede is nearer to Port Grimaud. Parking in that whole area is difficult between Easter and the end of September.

In the past we have stayed at Camping de la Plage which is right on the beach and an easy walk into Port Grimaud.

We used Camping Les Mures last September - a couple of km E of Port Grimaud on St Maxime road.

Site has direct beach access - there are even some pitches on the beach.

Great view across the bay to St Tropez.
