I'm sure that's true, and it's a lifestyle choice which I'd like to be open to me in the near future!
We used to go on our two week hols, now can take a bit longer than that (but not the months of time away which some people are able to arrange and fund). We find we live a bit differently when we go for a longer period, probably because the pressure is off.
