I used Tolltickets last year , they provided the tags for any of the EU countries, and charge you for the period that you you use the tags.
They give you 21 days FOC and then approximately 50p per day thereafter.
At the end of your trips they charge you 9% of the value of the tolls for admin.
It suited us as we only go to mainland Europe once per year for about a month.
