hi, can anyone shine some light on how long it takes for the ATBM tag to arrive after order has been made ? or is there a contact email address I can chase the delivery date through?

I think I ordered one but haven't received anything - I say think I ordered one, but no payment has gone from my account yet, even though I sent all details inc iban number etc

thanks, but the email form asks for subscriber number - I don't have one

when I fill it without the number it returns a message saying, thank you, please fill in the form below - so I don't know if that has even gone or not?

My account is set up with my Nationwide credit card so there is no fee when the charge is in euros. If ATMB have your IBAN number doesn`t that mean that they will debit your bank account and your bank will charge you for transfering funds abroad?

IBAN is for an actual bank account.
CB is for card transactions.

I'm under the impression that the IBAN option is only available for French bank accounts. However, I notice the OP has dual location in their profile, so that may be the case in this instance?

If an English bank account has been used for the IBAN details, I suspect the application has failed. Re-try using IBAN with a French Bank Account, or CB with a credit card. (Can't remember whether a debit card is accepted or not).

I seem to remember having an email response within a matter of minutes, confirming the application is going through, and also confirming your personal Subscriber number.

All should be confirmed and clear way before the tag actually gets dispatched, so if that's not the case, I suspect you need to start again!

I don't know if this will help but I used my bank debit card (CB) to set up my account a few years ago and just received an email to say my card details were expiring, inviting me to update with my new card details.
So as Mucker said I think unless you have a French Account then the IBAN application has failed.
I also received mine within two week when we originally ordered it.
