Forgot to mention...
After requesting (from ATMB, via their "contact us" link on their website) a new/replacement Tag holder for my shiny new windscreen on my shiny new car, I heard nothing for a few days (other than an immediate auto acknowledgement), then eventually an email hinting that one was on the way.
1No new holder arrived today via Mail de L'Escargot, and the general gist of the accompanying French letter seemed to hint that whilst they love me very much, and can't wait for me to visit them again, they will deduct 1.50€ from my next monthly account. I must add that Fluent French is only my second language... on a par with Spanish and Ghetto... so that may not be totally accurate.
All in all, a satisfactory outcome, completed in around ten days.
I still only seem to recall receiving one holder when I first signed up, whilst others on here state they received two. If I did receive 2, I certainly don't have a clue what Muckerette did with it... I wish she'd stop tidying up after me!!
