My son's bike was taken from outside Geant at Saint-Martin-D'Heres (near to Grenoble) yesterday. It was locked to a lamp post right in front of the main door. He went in for about ten minutes and the lock was cut.

He asked security to look on cctv but the only camera looking at that spot was down. Police response was that it happens all the time although they have asked for the frame number to add to their database.

Now waiting on insurance company response.
