We store ours in the Ardeche - 185 euros per year for outdoor storage (we cover ours during the winter), including pulling out of storage, placing on a pitch, and taking back into storage. We just ring up, say where we want the the caravan, and when we'll be arriving. Outside peak season (before 7th July and after 25th August) it takes the ACSI Card at just 13 euros per night. Those storing on site can take advantage of the ACSI Card discount too.
But it's not a small site - I think there are 118 touring pitches, and there are some mobile homes. But outside peak season it's quiet. We were there in July 2015 when it was peak season, and it was a bit more 'manic' then, but usually we're there in April, May or June, and then late August, when it's always been quiet.
It has a smallish heated pool (no slides), and a heater area in the sanitary blocks for the colder weather. There is a pleasant bar on site, and a restaurant with theme meals at weekends in mid-season, and sometimes theme nights during the week.
