can anyone tell me if you can still stay on the port front at Calais. we have not been for two years so not sure if you can still park there over night thanks

I think you will find that one has been replaced by the new Motorhome Aire and municipal campsite inRue d'Asfeld. Last time I looked it was 10 euros at the Aire and 20 euros at the campsite. Hard up motorhomers and caravanners can still sleep free at Cite dEurope or other Aires and car parks in the region.

I came back on Sunday and the car park at Cite d`Europe had loads of MH`s in it.

If you want stay in dock then take the without tickets sign as you approach checkin & stop in the car park. The camping muni has relocated elsewhere in Calais as pointed out but motorhomes are still parked on seafront parking area that has always been there & visible from ferry as you sail in or out.
