Dead easy to get to (just off the dual carriageway out in the countryside), decent value, plenty of parking and - if you have kids - a decent outdoor play area. Takes about 20mins from there to the port.
Unless you hit rush hour traffic then it takes about 45 mins Although Sunday shouldn't be too bad.
There is The Hungry Horse - a Brewers Fayre pub - a couple of minutes further up the road from the ferry terminal which isn’t bad (usual chain pub grub), but if you want a “proper” country pub then I can recommend The Haven Arms in Hedon which is about a 10 minute drive away from the terminal
We do Hull to Zebrugge a couple of time a year and we really enjoy the "all you can eat buffet" on board.Starters, main course desert and coffee included. Lots of choice, i love it.

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Depends on what type of food you are after, on the way into Hull there are a couple of nice carvery pubs, Wingfiled FramRed Sales both within 5min drive of the main road into Hull (assuming your coming via the A63), if you fancy something a bit fancier try stopping by the old fruit market on Humber Street (again just off the A63 before myton bridge), its currently getting regenerated and there are lots of new restaurants popping up.
