I've tried contacting this campsite via 3 methods, email, facebook messenger and the enquiry form on their website.I'm trying to understand if they would allow 2xsmall pop up tents on a pitch as there seems to be some specific reference and reviews that it is 1 tent per pitch. But these are tiny pop ups for 1 night.
Anyone have any experience or can recommend somewhere else to stay for an overnight stop on the return to calais? Thanks

We've had pup tents on the pitch with our caravan, when staying there in the oast. But Please ring and ask - they will answer the phone, even if they haven't had time te look at emails, facebook, etc. It's the very busiest time of year for campdites, and Gandsoette is a busy enough site anyway.

We've used a couple of pop ups on one pitch there without any problem. If you go on the tent field (which we prefer, especially when it's quiet) the pitches aren't marked out as such.
They do like you to be away early though. Once, we had the owner tap his watch at us as we struggled to pack up our TT one wet morning. The site was virtually empty, so it wasn't as if they were queueing to get on. Put us off a bit.
