Hello,

We have been holidaying in the La Palmyre area for the last few years and have decided for 2019 to head a bit further down to Lacanau

Looking for recommendations for campsites

we have two active boys 10 and 6 - so pools/ slides etc are a must - less british the better!

No pool at Le Teday but a great big shallow lake. My favourite place in France and will be back there again in about 3 weeks time.

We just had 2 weeks at Les grand pins by the coast.
A nice friendly big campsite with lots to do.

Similar brief to you in that we fancy a change from our usual SW site for next year & and have active kids - I'm liking the look of the Huttopia site in Carcans. No slides though.
