We will consider Any region Preferably within reasonable distance from beaches but not essential
You could start Where to site your residential caravan in France. and see if there are sites you like the look of. Perhaps then email the site and ask if they accept imported vans (which will be your biggest problem as pipework/electrical fittings/etc may not meet French standards). Then have a look at what is on offer on the sites themselves, and see if the expense and potential problems of importing your own is worth it.
Good luck. We store our (touring) caravan on a site in France. When we want to use it it's towed to a pitch where we pay the standard daily rate, or we can tow it away and use it elsewhere, and we've done that since 2015.

Are you talking France or UK ?
Don't
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
