Orio site. I stopped on that site in the mid sixties and again mid seventies. Obviously it will have changed since then. But it was a good location and well kept.
Zumaia campsite is conveniently located for San Sebastian and is also an ACSI site. We stayed there for a couple of nights and food is good in the restaurant.
Zumaia has a great beach and some amazing cliffs. There are lots of good beaches on that coast such as Lekeitio, Ondarroa, Zarautz. We have stayed at a couple of reasonable sites in that area, Portuondo at Mundaka and Itxaspe near Deba.

Hi, only just seen this and whilst not near San Seb can recommend Camping Playa Joyel at Noja.
The site has a pool but is on what is probably the best beach we have camped by with direct access from the site.
The area has quite a bit to see, including Santander, and it would be a shame, as said, to pass it by. We traveled through on our way to get the ferry at Santander and returned there to holiday in 2016 and are going back next year.
The site does get very busy at weekends, there are a lot of seasonal pitches, but it is almost exclusively family's.
