Eurocamp and Select Sites were two very different companies at one time, and to preserve each client base they have continued to trade as two different organisations - so they set their price at what they think their clients will buy. Have a look directly with the site's own website at their prices and see how they compare with those offered by Select Sites and Eurocamp.
Those of 'in the know', with years of experience, rarely book with agencies, but direct with the site, and most of us don't bother booking at all outside mid-July to mid-August (and even then only book for 'honey-pot sites') as most sites will always have free pitches. If you can manage without the help of a 'Courier' then you may find you can save a lot of money by doing it directly.
Or name the site and perhaps we can come up with an even cheaper way of staying at the same site!!! (ACSI Card, Best Deal, etc)
