Wow! Ours isn't due until July, so we'd better keep an eye out for it or ring them to check what it might be, as we're likely to be in France at the time.

They are unlikely to tell you Val. I tried to find out a couple of weeks before my renewal quote and they wouldn't tell me. I went ahead and got a quote from Camping and caravanning 02476475448. The quote will stand for a period of time and they retrieve it from your postcode when you phone to renew. I found them to be most helpful.

Interestingly I have received a second email from Towergate saying that their first quotation (£383) was a mistake and my actual renewal should be £272. They have replaced New for Old with market value. Are they aware that I've been surfing the net, or do they read this forum?

New for old with the Meerkats comes out at £264.

They have changed their insurance company from AXA to an American corp ... could be some of the reason?

Towergate re-quote after phone call: £383.14

So, I remain with Towegatedespite £70 hike on last year ... probably Brexit effect ...
