Hi all.
I cant find a website that includes towing a caravan into the price of toll charges across France. Heading to Frejus witb my van and was hoping to find out in advance the cost of the tolls. The only sites I have found only give me the cost for a car or hgv.
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks

Via michellin gives you costs but you need to put in that you are towing into the options. It will give you a guide to fuel costs too if you input your car details and fuel cost.
Yep for the French autoroute you can tow a caravan at the std car rate, providing it is no more than 2m in height, and this is one of the reasons why Trigano Rapido, and Silver pop top caravans are so popular in France.
€158 seems a lot but your outfit looks as though it could be over the 3,500 ton threshold.
In that case you are now restricted to 70kph on single track roads and your journey will take forever!
So, pay up or cater for a couple of overnight stops

I am not surprised at the price which actually seems cheap for a van over 3500 tons!!
Don't forget the speed limit on ordinary roads is now 80km not 90 unless stated otherwise and les flics have speed cameras.
Seeme like the yellow vest brigade have wrecked a lot of the fixed ones. Shame!
