RCN Zeewolde is excellent, stayed there a couple of years ago. We had a pitch right by the waters edge and was able to roll out of bedinto a canoe and into the water. Excellent place and just a couple of mintes on bike to the local town for fresh bread etc...
You'll be spoilt for choice for great sites in Netherlands. We stayed in everything from small farm, to huge site, and we've never had a bad experience.
I would definately recommend Zeeland. We go every summer and love it. We always use sites run by Ardoer (just google it). They are great, but others are good too. Many of the Ardoer sites also take ACSI cards out of season.

I don't want to sound rude - just curious - why would Camping & Caravanning Club members spend 23 days only at Delft and not move on to other parts of the country?
You dip into the rally for as long or short a time as you want, then move on. I doubt if anyone except the stewards stay all 23 days.

We were at delftse hout for 23 days in April / May .
Excellent location, public transport is not a problem but can be costly . So many places to visit and so much to see and do .
This is our 6 th visit . We usually meet the camping and caravanning rally there .
Good luck.
