To all who leave their caravans in Spain, do you arrange storage before travel or turn up and leave it somewhere when you get there?
Our caravan is getting long in the tooth and hardly use it in uk so its a one way trip for it and would be handy for the kids to fly out and use it. Any advise appreciated.

We've done both - arranged it beforehand, but also just found a very nice and useful place to store it and just left it there! It's now on a site in the Ardeche (France) that we found in 2015 when meeting our son nearby.

If you can look up some places before you set off it will help to locate them whilst you're there.

We've been storing on the Costa Brava for 10+ years. We did a bit of internet research first, but arranged everything once there. Take your registration document with you if you have one.

There's a site in Javea that has storage directly outside the gate, there quite a few who use it
