I have received an email from ACSI asking me to update my authorisation - I assume because I have been issued with a new debit card since last year.
I have a policy of never clicking on links in emails, so I am trying to do this via my account at ACSI. Has anyone done this?
I am reached a section titled "My (SEPA) direct debits", where I am able to set up a direct debit - I assume that by doing this I will replace my previous one. A form then pops up, asking for Bank/giro number and BIC. Can anyone tell me what I should put in these boxes please?
