Is there a good aires with electric hook up in the area south of Rouen, having a problem locating anything

There's one at Nonancourt, which is south of Rouen with free electricity.   
(no water in the winter because of the problems of freezing pipes)

Another at Evreux

Probably worth buying the aires in France book from vicarious books, it has all the aires with information and locations
