Hi
We are coming to Croatia in September and looking for budget accommodation.
We are thinking of trying a static caravan on a holiday park. Has anyone been here,
Looking at All camps and Happy camp as cheapest tour operators on site. Can anyone advise. Just need clean accommodation, pref on nice pitch. No frills needed.
Regards
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
If it is the Camping Belvedere near Trogir it is under the flight path for Split airport. From memory there is a fairly good bus service to the 'Kastels' and on into Split. It is a good few years since I have stayed in the area but other than the airport it is not too bad an area to stay. Trogir has been used as a film location for a few tv programs including Dr Who when it stood in for Venice.

Then you can choose Zadar airport. Zadar is also an old town. You can rent a cottage by the sea at the small family Campsite Odmoree This camp is close to the old towns of Pag, Zadar, Nin (20 km) and the national parks Paklenica and Krk.
