Is there a new number?
Last year I renewed on 0049 9415 2344.
Now I get a message in German and then am cut off.

So I tried 0049 8976 7666 32 as I have seen it on here as a useable number. Again a message in German, and then I'm cut off.

Has anyone renewed recently? What number did you use?

for the last few years. Always works with no problem. It takes about 5 minutes from start to finish
