It is not so much that dogs require exercise but that they need to pee and poo the same as us, and if we were told we could only have a pee once a day we would be in trouble.

Well I'm still working , I drive for a meat wholesaler, delivering to butchers in Hull , Lincolnshire and Yorkshire , we are still really busy . I've decided tomorrow I'm going to work with a smile on my face and a positive attitude. As of today we have no one off sick and everyone is pulling together .

Hi everyone, both of us are working from home; I feel that because we are in a relatively confined space when we're camping it is much easier. We enjoy each others company, always have.
I go for a morning run, we both take regular breaks in our lovely garden.
We're both upbeat so we keep each other smiling.
Italy will be a no go in 2020, hopefully 2021 will be something to plan and look forwards to.
As classical choral singers we are having a trial sing on ZOOM tonight.
Our 25yr celebration at the Cathedral will not take place but we're great friends with the rest of Chordiality.
Stay at home, stay safe everyone

Still working, running community children’s NHS services. Suspect it won’t be long before I’m redeployed back to frontline clinical work. Currently anticipating this will be ongoing until at least July, so our Summer trip to Bavaria looks unlikely.

We're about to enter our third week of lockdown - glad we're in the Dordogne rather than Sheffield.

Had a light dusting of snow this morning - otherwise weather has been fine and have had plenty to do in the garden, especially keeping dandelions and grass down.

Birds in the garden are a constant source of delight - two greater spotted woodpeckers on one of the cherry trees (now in blossom) most of today when they weren't on the bird feeder pecking at the peanuts. On our 4th (and final) 10kg bag of sunflower seed of the winter and have used a couple of hundred fatballs. We have some very healthy looking blue tits, great tits, a marsh tit, gold / green / chaffinches, robins, blackbirds & sparrows as regulars, plus black kites and buzzards overhead. Summer visitors will be here soon - hoping to see my first golden oriole!

Restaurant in a nearby village doing takaways so had one for the third time today - chicken in monbazillac sauce with little roast spuds and I added asparagus (just coming into season) wrapped in smoky bacon and roasted in the oven - naturally washed down with a good bottle of red.

Last 2 weeks have been to the supermarkets in Sarlat on a Saturday tea time and they have been nearly deserted. No shortages of anything and still stocking some decent beer (ie not French)at very reasonable prices. No signs of police checkpoints using our normal back roads into town.

Just so glad I was able to retire a couple of years ago - if I'd waited until I was 65 (3 weeks ago) we might never have made it out here.

Stay safe everyone!

With all due respect longcool, your description of day yo day life is no different to ours here in rural Devon, in fact it pretty much describes it to a tee.

Stay safe, you and I are, at least, going through this in amazing surroundings.

Stuart, I loved the video of the exercise program. Did it this morning. Having a sit down now, almost achieved his performance.
