Hi

Does anyone know of a good campsite near Bilbao in Spain?

We need a site for 3 nights in August before we get on the ferry back home.

We have a trailer tent.  The site must be clean with good toilets and showers.  We found one called PORTUONDO but in Alan Rogers it stresses that the site is on a steep incline - this does worry us!!  (we only have a car - not a 4 x 4 tractor)

Would appreciate any help you can give.

Hi Jo

We catch a ferry from Bilbao at noon.  So we need to be within one hours drive from the port.  Any suggestions?

Hi There   Try Camping Arrien at Gorliz Nice site open all year
just out side Gorliz in a nice setting behind a sports complex to the left a woodland and infront of that a nice beach we have used this a few times and the gate is locked at night about 20/25 mins to the port .
